This is a wildly fruit-forward Wush Wush variety grown by Sebastian Ramirez. Amongst his efforts to educate farmers in Quindio, Sebastian also finds time to produce award-winning coffees on his El Placer estates. Expect pungent notes of berries, with a near acetic wine note, no doubt contributed via the long anaerobic natural fermentation. This is a small lot which is sure to sell out quickly.
